How to request payments in the Customer Action panel

Procedure
You can send payment requests to your customers for the orders directly in conversations.
1. Select ‘Request payments’ from the Action panel.
2. Now you need to enter the amount for the request, select the payment methods which are available and add payment notes, all fields are mandatory. Once you have added the details click on ‘Send request to chat’.
3. Now you will see the request will be sent to the customer and they will receive the select payment method options.
