How to keep track of my agent's performance?

Answer
You can monitor your Agents on the Vonage AI console. Use the Reporting Page if you want to get a picture of how the Agent performed based on either Tags or time frame.
Tags can help determine e.g. how many calls were successful and how many failed. In the Reports, you can then filter the calls by tags. This will help you to clearly measure the performance of the Agent. How to add a tag to a point in the conversation, please click here.
You also have the option to query all info of the call session via API. For more info, please click here.
