Objective
Agent ID is a unique alphanumeric number assigned to each agent automatically by the system when the agent is created at Vonage AI Studio. Agent ID cannot be modified during or after the agent is created. Sharing agent ID with the AI Studio Support Team helps with investigation of the affected agent.

Log in to API dashboard : https://dashboard.nexmo.com/

Click on the menu from the list of menus.

Click on it will open AI studio platform.
Method 1:

Hover the mouse pointer over the ID , click the copy icon and share the ID with AI Studio Support Team.
Method 2:
- Click the three vertical dots from the top left side and select
- Copy the agent ID from the panel that appeared on the right side and share the ID with AI Studio Support team.
