How to resolve WhatsApp agent shows blank data error in AI Studio.

Procedure

An WhatsApp (Outbound) agent triggers a message successfully. Transcript of sent message is visible under Vonage AI Studio (reports), However, Parameter and Flow path is blank.

 

 

 

The blank parameter and flow path usually means the end user didn’t continue the conversation with the Virtual agent after receiving the outbound message.

To confirm this, try to reproduce the issue:
- Trigger an outbound session to the CLID along with the template.
- Confirm conversation (Read)
- After receiving the initial outbound message, Please do not respond further to the Virtual agent.

This should help to verify if the blank Parameter and Flow path happen consistently when there’s no user engagement.
