Setting up the Welcome Screen for Facebook Messenger with your Jumper.ai account.

The messenger greeting message is the first thing your customers will see before they engage with your brand on Facebook for the very first time.
Note: Welcome Screen + Get Started button only appear to users who have never messaged your Facebook page ever or have deleted the old chat from their messenger.
Making this compelling and personal is key for them to tap Get started and begin their interactions.
- Go to Sales Channels > Facebook > Page Settings > Welcome Screen.
- Add emojis, welcome them with their first name/last name or both. Feel free to customize the Get started button too.
Get Started Button
You can choose multiple actions that the Get Started button could do when a customer clicks on this.
Because this is going to be visible to New Users only, you could either create a new user bot or Ping Live Chat depending on your strategy.
Once done, you can click the "Publish" button.
Note: It takes a couple of minutes to update the Messenger.
To test your Get Started button, delete your existing chat with the brand page from your Messenger app/desktop version. Then go to the Facebook Page as a user and click the "Send Message" button.
