Using message shortcuts in Jumper Live Chat.

Procedure
Message shortcuts is a handy tool to help you keep a consistent brand language and tonality, and assist your agents to respond quickly to customers for some commonly asked questions.
- In Live Chat, go to the conversation and the composer input section.
- Now. on your keyboard, use the “/” key, as soon as you type ‘/’, the configured message shortcuts will start appearing.
- Now you can browse the message you wish to send and select the same.
Edit the message if required and click on send or you can just press enter, the message will be sent. - If you need some special message shortcuts to help with the conversations, reach out to your Jumper.ai admins.
