How will you be billed?

You will be invoiced monthly for your services. If you are a postpaid customer, you will always be billed in arrears. 

Depending on the services you receive from Vonage, charges will either be one time, recurring, or usage based:

  • One Time: These are one off charges, usually consisting of setup fees at the start of a contract
  • Recurring: These are services billed each month at a flat rate
  • Usage: Charges are calculated on volume of traffic, you will be charged depending on the amount you consume, based on the unit rate

API Products

The billing for our Communications API products are split into two: Video API and all other communications API products. These are currently invoiced separately, you will receive two invoices if you pay for both services. 

Payment Methods

The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your country. All customers can pay via bank transfers or check, including ACH, SEPA and Wire payments. You may also be able to pay via credit card, see prepaid, postpaid and Video API sections for more detail.

Taxes 

In accordance with our terms of use, your billing may be subject to sales and indirect taxes when you’re invoiced. The taxes charged will depend on your service address.
