If you are a prepaid customer, you can top up your account prior to using our API services. Usage of our APIs or recurring charges for number rental are deducted from your account balance in real time or upon subscription renewal.
You can make payments directly into your account via your Dashboard account using a credit card or PayPal. If you pay via the Dashboard, you will be presented with a link to generate a receipt invoice for your payments made, and you can see your payment history within your account.
If you wish to pay via bank transfer you can generate a pro-forma invoice from your Dashboard account. Where a pro-forma EST invoice has been generated, a full invoice receipt will be delivered once the bank transfer has been received and successfully processed. You are required to include your pro-forma EST invoice number or Account ID (API Key) in your bank transfer description. Failure to provide this reference may result in delays in processing the bank transfer to your account.
We’re not able to accept payments via check for prepaid customers.
As a Prepaid customer you are encouraged to utilise Dashboard tools such as low balance notifications as well as our automatic payment capability to have greater control of your service. This ensures use of our APIs is not temporarily interrupted if your account balance is zero.
