Can I use the same login information to log in to the Vonage Video API Support site and my Vonage Video API account dashboard?

Answer
Vonage Video API users are able to create support requests, view helpful articles, and review existing support tickets through the Vonage Video API Support site.
Separate credentials are used to access the Vonage Video API account dashboard. You cannot log in to your account dashboard with your Support site credentials.
If you used your account dashboard credentials to access support resources in the past, you will need to reset your Support site password.
