Procedure

1. To reset your Vonage Video API Support site password, navigate to the Support site login page.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Click Forgot My Password.
4. Enter the email address associated with your Vonage API Support site.
5. Click Submit.
6. Check the email address associated with the account and click the link to reset your password.
