Procedure for Vonage Video API Opentok Environment
- Log in to your Vonage Video API Account
- Click Projects in the left sidebar and Select Project
- Go to the Insights Dashboard section and click the LOCATION dropdown to see the countries where your application is being used.
- Choose the country from the drop (optionally, you can also choose the state if available) and click on the Quality tab to check the quality per country.
- Scroll down to check the Median bitrate and latency range and to Download Usage Data
Procedure for Vonage Video API Unified Environment
- Log in to your Vonage API account dashboard.
- From the left menu, select Analytics
- Goto Video Analytics and select the Application ID from the drop-down.
- Choose the Search Range and click on Location dropdown.
- Goto the Map View option to check the usage by Location and Download Usage Data as well.
