How can I search and download a list of my voice calls?

Objective

To search and download a list of previous voice calls.

Procedure

If you are a new user, the New Voice Log User Interface will be displayed by default. On the Voice Log page, you will find a button in the bottom corner that allows you to switch between the New and Old UI.

Your UI preference will be saved, and the dashboard will automatically display your chosen interface the next time you log in.

New Voice logs UI

1. Log in to your Vonage API account dashboard, Navigate to Logs > Voice Logs.

     2. You can search for calls using:

• • Country Code, Phone Number, or SIP URI
  • Call ID or Conversation ID

   3. To download the call list, select the calls using the checkbox, click Export, and choose either CSV or JSON format. You can get this downloaded directly.

Please note that this page can be used only for retrieving logs up to 21 days old. Retrieving logs older than 30 days requires the use of Reports API. For more details about the Reports API and pricing please visit Reports API.

Old Voice log UI

1. Log in to your Vonage API account dashboard, Navigate to Logs > Voice Logs.
   
2. You can search calls by Time Range, Phone Number, Call ID, or Rejected. The listed call logs are available from the past 30 days. If you need call logs beyond 30 days, please refer to our Reports API.
   
3. You can also download the list by clicking Download CSV. You will then receive an email with the Download your report link for the CSV file. 
   

Additional Information

When searching for calls using the Source number, download the list of calls and filter the Source number from the downloaded file. For more extensive filtering options of the call list, refer to our Reports API.
