Can I invite a team member whose email is already registered with Vonage?

Answer

No. You can only invite team members whose email address is not already associated with an existing Vonage account.

If the email address you are trying to invite is already registered with Vonage (either as a primary or secondary user), you will see the following error:

"The email is already registered or the fields submitted are incorrect."

To resolve this, the email address must first be freed up from the existing account before an invitation can be sent.
