Objective

Where do I go to subscribe to receive emails for account alerts and notifications?

Procedure

A primary user can use this self-managed feature.

  1. Login to the Customer Dashboard  and click on API Settings on the left side > Subscribe for notifications.
  2. Click on the Notifications tab, select your preferences and click Save changes.
  3. For additional email subscriptions, select Subscribe for notifications.
  4. A pop-up box will open allowing access to a dropdown menu to select different categories such as fraud, 10dlc, pricing and network_api_registration. Select your preferences and add a destination email address. Click Save.
