Objective

Exporting Customers from a Segment in Conversational Connect (Jumper.ai)

You can download the list of customers belonging to any saved segment in CSV format for reporting or analysis.

Procedure

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, go to Customers → Segments.

    You will see a list of existing segments with options to:

    Export -  Download customer data in the segment.
    Edit - Modify segment name or conditions.
    Delete -  Remove a segment permanently.

  2. Locate the segment you want to export and click on the Export icon under the Actions.

  3. A Download segment customers popup will appear.

    Export format: Currently supports CSV.
    Delimiter: Choose your preferred delimiter (Comma, Pipe, Semicolon, Colon, or Tab).
    Click Export

  4. You will receive an email notification from the Jumper.ai with a secure link to download the file.

Note: The download link sent via email is valid for 1 hour only. Make sure to download the file as soon as possible.
