View and Delete Account Level Custom Data Fields or Custom Tags in Conversational Connect (Jumper.ai)

Objective

Learn how to view, manage, and delete account-level Custom Data Fields and Custom Tags in the inbuilt CRM when you reach the maximum quota.

Procedure

Navigate to the Customers section.

Managing  Account Level Custom Data

  1. Go to Custom Data
  2. Review the usage counter (e.g. 120/240).

If you need to add new entries, but the quota is full:

  • Locate the Custom data field you want to remove.
  • Click the Delete icon next to it.
  • After deleting the custom data field, add the new custom data field to the customer profile

Note: Only remove unused or outdated fields to avoid data loss.

Managing  Account Level Tags

  1. Go to the Account Level Tags section in the Customers Section:
  2. Review the usage counter (e.g. 30/60).
  3. If you need to add new entries, but the quota is full.
    • Locate the Tag you want to remove.
    • Click the Delete icon next to it.
    • After deleting the tag, add the new tag to the customer profile

Note: Only remove unused or outdated tags to avoid data loss.

Note:

  • Deleted custom data fields or tags cannot be recovered.
  • Ensure you export or back up customer data before removing fields/tags if needed.
