Objective

Exporting Customer Data

Procedure

You can export customer data from the Customers Section for reporting, backups, further analysis or manual redaction process.

  1. Navigate to Customers and click the Export Customers button.

  2. Configure Export Options
    In the Export customers window you can see: 

    Export format: Currently, limited to CSV format
    Delimiter: Choose how you want data fields to be separated in your export file - options include Comma, Pipe, Semicolon, Colon, or Tab.

    Filter type: Select No filter to export all customers, or narrow your customer list by Name, Email, Mobile Number, Tag, or Custom Data filters.

  3. Download the File
    Click Export.

    After the export is processed, you will receive an email from Jumper.ai with a link to download your customer list. The link is valid for 1 hour, so be sure to download the file promptly.

    The exported file will contain details such as Conversation ID, Channel, Username, Mobile Number, Email, Last Interaction, Tags, and Custom Data.
