Procedure
The Search customers feature in the Customers module allows you to quickly locate customer records using different criteria. This is especially useful when managing large customer lists.
- Navigate to the Customers section.
At the top left of the customer list, locate the Search customers field and click inside it to reveal a dropdown menu with multiple filter options.
Available Search Filters:Filter Description Name/Email Search customers by their full name or registered email address. Mobile Locate customers by their mobile phone number. Tag Search for customers associated with specific tags you have assigned. Channel Filter customers based on their communication channel (e.g., RCS, WhatsApp, SMS). Custom Data Search by any custom fields you’ve added to your customer records. Segments Find customers belonging to specific segments or groups you’ve created. - Select a filter from the list.
- Type your search term in the field (e.g. Channel as WhatsApp)
- Results will automatically update to display only customers matching your criteria (e.g., showing all customers under the WhatsApp channel)
