Label

On the Label fields screen:

  1. Mapping: Map each column from your file to the corresponding Label field in the system. Examples include:
    1. Country Code
    2. Mobile Number
    3. First Name
    4. Last Name
    5. Email
    6. Tags
    7. Custom Fields
  2. File Delimiter:When importing a file, the system automatically detects the delimiter used to separate data fields (e.g., comma, semicolon, tab). You can manually change the delimiter if your file uses a different separator.
  3. Skip Rows: If your file contains header information, instructions, or other non-data rows at the top, use the Skip Rows setting to ignore them during import. Example: If the first 2 rows contain notes or headers, set Skip Rows to 2 so the import starts from row 3.
  4. Handling Duplicate Records: The system checks for duplicates when importing customers. A duplicate is defined as any record containing a mobile number that already exists in the Customers database.
  5. You have two options for handling duplicates:
  1. Merge:Updates the existing customer profile with the new data from your file. Any new fields or updated values will overwrite the old ones.
Tip: Use Merge if you want to refresh existing customer data.
  2. Discard:Skips the duplicate record and keeps the existing customer profile unchanged.
Tip: Use Discard if you want to ensure no changes are made to existing profiles.
  1. Final Step: After confirming your mappings, click Import to start the process.
