Search Segments

Objective

Search for customer segments on Conversational Connect (Jumper.ai)'s inbuilt CRM

You can quickly find a specific segment using the search bar at the top of the Segments page.

Procedure

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, go to Customers → Segments.

    You will see a list of existing segments with options to:

    Export -  Download customer data in the segment.
    Edit - Modify segment name or conditions.
    Delete -  Remove a segment permanently.

  2.  In the Search segments field at the top, type the name (or part of the name) of the segment you want to find.

  3. The list will automatically filter and display only the matching results.

    From the results, you can then:

    Export the segment
    Edit the segment
    Delete the segment
