Sometimes, customers request an alternative method for receiving dashboard 2FA codes, other than SMS or WhatsApp. Ideally, they would prefer to receive the code via a phone call.
How to receive the code via phone?

Answer
By default, we use the SMS and Voice channels for 2FA, but you can also add the WhatsApp channel to receive the 2FA code. The current 2FA flow is configured to first attempt SMS delivery, followed by TTS (Text-to-Speech) voice calls as a fallback option.
Please note that the system will initially send the 2FA code via SMS or WhatsApp. If the SMS code is not redeemed within 3 minutes, the system will then attempt to deliver the code via a TTS voice call.
To receive the code via phone call, please refrain from entering the SMS code and wait for 3 minutes to receive the code via a voice call instead.
