What should I do if I didn't receive the team member invitation email?

Symptom

If you have been invited to be a team member/secondary account of an API key, you will receive an invitation email. However, sometimes, you don't receive the invitation email for various reasons (for example, the email address's firewall bounced the email).

Resolution

  1. Go to the dashboard sign-up page https://ui.idp.vonage.com/ui/auth/registration 
  2. Use your invited email address to create an account
  3. Once created, the new account will be linked to the master API key as a team member/secondary account automatically.
