Voice Numbers Features Overview

Proof of Local address required:
• Invoice from a network operator with another DID in the same area. Issued to the end customer.
• Invoice from an internet provider for Internet access with a fixed IP address located in the right area. Issued to the end customer.

Information Required

• Registered legal name of the company
• Registered address (The number may only be assigned to company that habitually or temporarily resides in the relevant French territory, or has stable links involving frequent and significant presence in that territory. That can be shown through a French address, branch, establishment, tax documentation, registration information, or other documentation showing stable and significant presence in France.)
• Business registration number (SIREN/SIRET in France)
• Date of incorporation
• Legal form (e.g. SARL, SAS, SA)
• Sector of activity/NAF code in France
• Tax identification number (TVA intracommunautaire for EU businesses)
• Use case information

Documentation Required

• Certificate of incorporation (extract Kbis in France) - Must be dated within 3 months
• Authorised representative ID copy - Must be someone named on the certificate of incorporation or a power of attorney must be provided in addition

Proof of the number requirement
If more than three (3) telephone numbers are requested for an end customer contract, the end customer must provide proof of need (e.g. list of employees, list of extensions, circuit diagram, etc.) at the same time as the telephone number request.
 

When applying for more than one hundred (100) telephone numbers, the end customer must submit a certificate of need to the Federal Network Agency.

Outbound calling and calling card usage are not permitted.

Service description and a copy of company registration are mandatory.

The end user (residential/corporate) must be located in the same geographic zone as the number. A proof of location can be requested and has to be received within 48 hours, otherwise the number could be disconnected. Valid proofs of address include an utility bills (all issued in the previous 6 months) and government documents (issued in the previous year)

Minimum set of KYC documentation from the end user:

• Certificate of incorporation/company registration from the country the number belong to (in this case – Nigeria).
• Letter of Intent (LOI)
• Proof of physical address in country
• Use case (you can share brief description or high-level document on expected call flow).
