 Connecting WhatsApp to Jumper.ai Dashboard (Jumper WABA Embedded Sign-Up)

Prerequisite

• One must have a business phone number purchased via Vonage API Dashboard or other  platform.

• One must have admin access to the Meta account.

• Need the business phone number capable of receiving OTP Text messages or OTP call

• Make sure the business phone number is not already registered to WhatsApp Business.

Procedure

1. To get started, go to Sales channels >> WhatsApp & click on Connect button.
   
   
   
   
2. Now you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account, select the same & click on continue.
   
   
3. Now you need to register & connect your WhatsApp business account to jumper.ai by clicking on Get Started option.
   
   
   
   
4. Then click on Continue to start connecting your WhatsApp Business account to Jumper.ai.
   
   
   
   
5. Add your business details & click on Next.
   
   
   
   
6. Create/select your WhatsApp Business account (or select existing if already created) & WhatsApp Business profile & click on Next.
   
   
   
   
7. Now provide the WhatsApp business account name, profile display name & other details, then click Next.
   
   
   
   
8. Add your business phone number for WhatsApp & choose a method to verify the same, then click Next.
   
   
   
   
9. Now enter the verification code & click on Next.
   Note: If you purchased a number from the Vonage API dashboard & did not receive your verification code, kindly contact your CSM or Account Manager for further support.
   
   
   
   
10. Click on Finish & Done.
    
    
11. Now you have successfully connected your WhatsApp business account with Jumper.ai
