An AI-powered content generator, designed for crafting WhatsApp-based marketing templates, empowers brands to effortlessly produce diverse marketing content and significantly reduces the workload on marketing teams.

Procedure

1. First Navigate to Sales channels >> WhatsApp in the menu.
2. Now click on the Message Templates tab under WhatsApp.
3. Now click on the Create New button to get started with creating a WhatsApp template.
4. Provide a name for your template.
5. Select one of the template types (Utility or Marketing) from the dropdown list.
6. Select a language for your Template.
   
   Once a language is selected, the Copilot option is enabled in the body section.
   Note: Currently Copilot is supported only for a limited set of languages.
   
   Below is the list of supported languages:
   
   Arabic, Bengali, Bulgarian, Chinese simplified and traditional, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese.
   
   
   
   

7. On the Copilot screen, fill out the fields (prompts) to help the AI generate text for your WhatsApp template.
   
   You can add the details for the below-mentioned fields:

   • Product name (optional): Here, you can insert the name of the product you're promoting or mentioning in the text. E.g. Organic lipstick - plum (3.7g), Running shoes, etc.
   • Occasion: Here, you can specify the event, celebration, or purpose related to the message content. E.g. Christmas Sale, Summer sale, etc.
   • Discount / Promo (optional): Here you can include any discounts or promotional offers related to the content,  If applicable. E.g New10
   • Target audience: Here you can describe the intended recipients or audience for this message.
   • Key phrases (supports multiple keywords separated by comma): You can enter significant keywords or phrases relevant to the message content.
   Tone: Here you can select the desired tone or mood for the message (e.g., formal, casual, fun)."
   
   
   
   
   
8. Once you have added the information for the AI template generation, click on Generate text.
   
   
   
   
9. You'll see the generated preview text displayed on the right side of your screen.
   If you are satisfied with the outcome, then click on Use this text to incorporate it into your template.
   
   Note: Currently a maximum limit of 500 characters is set for AI-based text generation.
   
   
   
   If you're not satisfied with the result, retain the current prompts or make modifications to them, and then select the Generate again option.
   
   
   
   To generate a fresh AI template by resetting all prompts, select the Generate new text option.
   
   
   
   
   
   
10. Once you click on the Use this text button, the AI-generated text will be automatically populated into the body field of the WhatsApp template. You can also edit and add additional text/variables based on your business requirements.
    
    
    
    
11. You can regenerate a new text template by clicking on the Copilot option & providing the new information.
    
    
    
    
12. Once confirmed Save the template.
