Question
Why is my SMS Verify failover TTS call not ringing even though shown in the call history?
Applies To
- Verify
- TTS
- Voice Call
Answer
If you see the TTS call arrive but have not heard it ringing, you may have a setting on your device to silence the sender as Unknown Callers. Here is an example of unblocking the caller for iOS and Android phones.
- iOS: Go to Settings > Phone, scroll down, tap Silence Unknown Callers, and turn off the feature.
- Android: Settings vary depending on handset manufacture or telecommunication carriers, but you can refer to the general function details here.
