Yes, this is supported for managed customers only. Unmanaged (self-serve) accounts are not eligible for this feature.
To set up a custom email sender address (also known as Bring Your Own Email, or BYOE), please submit a support ticket to the Vonage API Support team with the following information:
API Key
Region
Domain — The custom email domain you want to use as the sender address (e.g.,
mail.yourdomain.com)Application ID — Only required if you will be using a Vonage Application for your Verify V2 workflows
Once the request is received, the support team will provide the DNS records that need to be added to your domain registrar to complete the verification and onboarding process.
