Discrepancies have been noted in the usage records shown on the Verify v2 Analytics page.We are actively working on a fix, which is expected by the end of March.

For accurate usage details in the interim, please refer to the Dashboard Logs or the Reports API.

The Reports API provides comprehensive records of Verify events, including details for each channel event. 
Please refer to the following reports to get the information you need:

  • Verify event : VERIFY-V2 report with channel = "v2"
  • Channel events:
    - Silent Auth: VERIFY-V2 report with channel = "silent_auth"
    - Email: VERIFY-V2 report with channel = "email"
    - WhatsApp: MESSAGES report with provider = "whatsapp"
    - Voice: VOICE-CALL report with direction = ''outbound''
    - SMS: SMS report with direction = ''outbound''
