Procedure
We offer a self-service tool for our users to receive notifications for Vonage API service degradations, outages, or maintenance operations on our status page. You can subscribe to receive updates via SMS, email, Slack, or API calls to a webhook.
- To subscribe to notifications, go to the status page.
- Select Subscribe to Updates.
- From the Subscribe menu bar, select the method you would like to use to receive updates.
- Enter the required information.
- Select Subscribe via [email, text message, Slack].
- Under Components, you can choose to only be notified about the products and services that are relevant to your business.
- Select Save.
- Activate your subscription.
