How does the “Ask AI” button and "Submit a Support request" form work?

Ask AI button
You can use our new AI Assistant to find the information you’re seeking on the API Support Help Center or Vonage Developer Portal. Simply click the “Ask AI” button in the lower right corner of the page and type your question. The answer will be generated immediately together with the sources for further reference.
You can leave your feedback by choosing between “Good” or “Bad” Answer buttons.
AI Assistant doesn’t have the possibility to transfer your question to our Support Team or to create a support ticket.
If you wish to chat with Support and you are one of our Priority, Premium or Premier customers - click the Help button in the lower left corner of the page.
Customers with a Standard Support Plan can contact our Support Team via Submit a request option.
Submit a Support request form
After filling out the Support request form you will see an automatic suggested resolution based on the description of your request.
If this response doesn’t resolve your request, please click the “Submit” button again to transfer it to our Support Team.
