Vonage API Services Support Plans include, for all our customers, chat and web support coverage. In addition, it also includes service status notifications, letting the customer know the current status of their requests, as well as access to our online knowledgebase.
For an additional price, our customers can upgrade to the Essentials, Premium, or Enterprise support plans, providing options for email support, phone support, designated support engineer, account manager, project reviews, guidance, and metrics that help troubleshoot and maintain a reliable service.
