Procedure
Log in via Customer Dashboard
- Log in to the Customer Dashboard
- On the left pane, scroll down and click Support.
- You will find the chat widget on the bottom left corner of the page
- Type your request in the widget
Log in via Support Help Center
- Log in to the Support Help Center (please note that you can also use the Single Sign On method, see this article for more information about the SSO)
- You will find the chat widget on the bottom left corner of the page
- Type your request in the widget
Additional Information
If you are using the Video API Opentok Account Portal (instead of the Customer Dashboard), go to Help, Find Answers, Help, and then click Get in touch.
