Accessing the live chat with the Support team.
Applies To
- Support via Chat
- Available to customers with Enterprise, Premier, Premium, or Priority Support Pack. For more information about Support Pack, see our Support Packs of API Services.

Procedure
- Log in to the Customer Dashboard
- On the left pane, scroll down and click Support.
- On the bottom right corner of the page, click Help.
- In the chat window, click Get in touch. If Get in touch option is not available, please use Live chat button instead.
- Select Live chat and an available support agent will help you.
Additional Information
If you are using the Video API Opentok Account Portal (instead of the Customer Dashboard), go to Help, Find Answers, Help, and then click Get in touch.
