Objective
To guide customers on how to submit a request to the API Support Team if they have any questions related to the Vonage API products.

Procedures
- Visit the Vonage API Help Center
- Click on a Submit a Request
- On the Submit a Form page,
- From the dropdown menu, select the product relevant to your request. The below list includes all available form types.
- Fill all other mandatory fields with required information
- Submit the form.
- If you were not signed in while creating the request, you will receive a verification email at the address you provided in the form. Please click the verification link in that email.
Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email notification with the Ticket Number. The Vonage API support team will review your request and respond to the email/ticket.

| Account Termination - Unmanaged customers | To raise a request for deactivation of account for Unmanaged customers |
| Billing Dispute Form - Managed Customer | To request an investigation into a potential credit note or service dispute for managed customers |
| Toll Free Numbers, verification Process (US & Canada) Support request | For queries related to Toll Free Numbers, verification process |
