Question
When switching from the Enterprise environment to the Standard environment, or vice versa, are sessions interrupted?
Applies To
- Enterprise Environment
- Standard Environment
- Video API
Answer
Existing sessions shouldn't be interrupted. Once the API key has been moved to the new environment, any subsequent call session will be hosted on the new server.
If an API key moves from Enterprise to Standard environment, the account will no longer benefit from the upgraded platform stability from the Enterprise environment.
