Maria Scieranska

The billing report (previously known as the traffic usage report) is now available through your customer dashboard. This report provides a detailed view of your monthly traffic usage and directly corresponds to your monthly invoice.

To access your billing report:

  1. Navigate to the Billing section.
  2. Select Payments.
  3. Click on the Payment history tab.

You will find the billing report button alongside the corresponding invoice receipt. Simply click the button of the month you want to view and download.  Currently, the billing report can only be downloaded for unpaid invoices. Paid invoices are planned for later release in Q2.

Billing Report Updates

The billing report now features two new columns for enhanced pricing transparency: Tier and Tier Volume (Snapshot below).

  • Tier: Identifies the specific pricing level assigned to your usage.
  • Tier Volume: Shows the predefined volume range (quantity) that applies to that tier.

How to read these columns:

  • If a product follows a tiered pricing model, these columns will populate to show which level your usage reached and the range associated with that price point.
  • If these columns are Empty or Null, it indicates the product is charged at a Flat Rate (a single, consistent price regardless of the volume used).

Note on Session-Based Products: For products such as Voice and Video, please note that while commercial pricing is listed per minute, the Quantity and Tier Volume columns reflect actual usage in seconds. To ensure maximum billing precision for customers, we calculate charges based on exact second-by-second usage rather than rounding up to the nearest minute.
