Symptom
In Analytics > Quality of Delivery I'm not getting the R1 AND R2 SUCCESS ratio and delivered/undelivered response. Only Send and Submit status is showing for the US. I can't select United States under Global Quality of Delivery.

Resolution
This is expected behavior. Quality of Delivery statistics are based on DLR receipts, and as we only receive intermediate DLR receipts from the US, not handset ones, we do not generate delivery statistics for the US in the way we do for other countries.
Cause
Handset delivery receipts are not supported in the US.
