Symptom
My payment was successful but it seems to have been cancelled. I received an error that read, "The top-up transaction didn’t go through. Try another payment method."

Resolution
We constantly monitor all payments to detect fraudulent activity and will sometimes cancel payments that are suspicious. Note that pre-paid credit cards are not supported and attempted payments made with them may also show as declined or cancelled. Submit a Support request if you think we have cancelled a payment by mistake.
