I didn't make a payment on my Vonage API account, but I have a payment listed on my bank statement.

- Unrecognized Payment
Check for Auto-Reload
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- In the left sidebar, select your username to expand the menu.
- Select Billing & Payments.
- Select the Auto-Reload tab to review the Auto-Reload settings.
Review Payment History
- Under Billing & Payments, select the Payment History tab.
- Review the list of payments that have been made on your account.
If you have completed the previous steps and have confirmed that you did not authorize this transaction, submit a Support request.
