Answer

At Vonage we like to take good care of our customers by protecting our customers’ identities and our  platform from inappropriate use.  For this reason, we have a top-up limit for new customers.  Initially, for every new user, the daily top-up limit is set to 10€ within 24 hours of the cycle. You can top up your account with 10€ in a 24-hour period and add another 10€ after 24 hours of your last top-up.  

 

If you would like to remove this limitation, please open a support ticket.  Please provide the requested information below in the ticket as it will allow us to remove the limitation from your account more quickly.

  • Company/service web address
  • Vonage API services you intend to use
  • Geographies in which you intend to use these services
  • Content type and templates you expect to be sending and in what volumes
  • Social Media content that links you to your company, e.g. LinkedIn page link

Additional Information

If your account is approved to add more than 10€ per day, the Auto-Reload functionality can also be enabled.
