Can I add more than 10€ to my account?

At Vonage we like to take good care of our customers by protecting our customers’ identities and our platform from inappropriate use. For this reason, we have a top-up limit for new customers. Initially, for every new user, the daily top-up limit is set to 10€ within 24 hours of the cycle. You can top up your account with 10€ in a 24-hour period and add another 10€ after 24 hours of your last top-up.
If you would like to remove this limitation, please open a support ticket. Please provide the requested information below in the ticket as it will allow us to remove the limitation from your account more quickly.
- Which Vonage API services do you intend to use, and in which geographic regions?
- What type of content and message templates do you plan to send, and in what estimated volumes?
- What is your company’s online presence (website and relevant social-media links)?
- Please provide proof of business registration and business address.
- How is the account holder associated with the business, and what information or links can you provide to support this?
Additional Information
If your account is approved to add more than 10€ per day, the Auto-Reload functionality can also be enabled.
