If you notice an overcharge on your account, the first step is to review your Payment History in the Customer Dashboard. This section provides a detailed breakdown of all transactions, including charges, payments, and taxes.
When reviewing your payment history, pay special attention to the "Tax Amount" line item. Taxes are deducted separately from your total charges, which can sometimes lead to confusion. The individual tax amount is clearly stated, allowing you to see exactly how much tax has been applied to your account.
