Procedure for Vonage Video API Opentok Environment

Customers using Full HD (FHD) resolution for Broadcast and Archive are able to see their FHD usage in the Video API Account Portal.  The FHD metrics are displayed in addition to Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) minutes. 

  1. Log in to your Vonage Video API Account
  2. To check the FHD usage for your account, goto Account Overview and check the FHD Archived Composed, FHD HLS Broadcast, and FHD HLS Viewed minutes for your account.

  3. To check the FHD usage for your Projects, Click Projects in the left sidebar and Select Project.
  4. Scroll down to the Insights Dashboard section and check the FHD Composed Archiving, FHD HLS Composed Broadcast and FHD HLS Minutes for your project. You can edit the filter and check the usage based on the country and endpoints

Procedure for Vonage Video API Unified Environment

Customers using Full HD (FHD) resolution for Broadcast and Archive are able to see their FHD usage in the Vonage API Account Portal.  The FHD metrics are displayed in addition to Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) minutes. 

  1. Log in to your Vonage API account dashboard.
  2. From the left menu, select Analytics 
  3. Goto Video Analytics and select the Application ID from the drop-down. 
  4. Choose the Search Range and check the FHD Archive Composed, FHD Broadcast Composed, and FHD HLS Minutes for your application. You can edit the filter and check the usage based on the country and endpoints
