Why am I unable to perform certain actions in the Account Dashboard

How to recognize if I’m using Vonage Video API Unified Environment or Vonage Video API OpenTok environment?

Answer

Vonage Video API Account Dashboard

This could be because of the role you have been assigned in the account. When you log in, you can check the top left part of the dashboard to know your role.

According to your defined role, you should have the below permissions.

Vonage Unified API Dashboard

This could be because of the restrictions imposed on the team members. You can select from the options provided as shown in the screenshot below while inviting the team member into the account.

You can invite a team member from Profile --> Team --> Team Members --> Invite team member
