Symptom
When forwarding a call to my Vonage number to my SIP URI, the call is rejected with a 403 response by my SIP endpoint.

Resolution
Check your SIP endpoint to ensure that the Vonage API Platform SIP IP addresses are allowed. Refer to this list of IP addresses used for SIP traffic.
Cause
When your SIP endpoint restricts voice traffic to only specific IP addresses, it will often reject calls from IP addresses that have not been allowed with a response of 403 (Forbidden).
