Answer
Digest Authentication for calls from the Vonage API Platform to your SIP endpoint is not supported. We recommend creating an allow list of the SIP and RTP IP addresses to restrict access. You can find the full list of IP addresses here: Which IP addresses should I allow when using Vonage APIs?
