Removing a Team Member from Your Vonage API Account Dashboard.

Procedure
- Log in with Account Holder (Master or account with the ability to manage team member permissions), click the Account icon, and open Team members
- Click the trash icon below the Manage column for the user that needs to be removed, then choose the Delete button.
