Objective
Locating your WhatsApp Number Certificate.
Applies To
Procedure
- While logged in to Facebook, open the Business Settings Menu, and select the relevant business manager.
- Under Accounts, select WhatsApp Accounts.
- Select your WhatsApp Business Account name.
- Under the Settings tab, open the WhatsApp Manager.
- Once in the Manager, on the Phone Numbers tab, you’ll see your WhatsApp Number(s) listed
- For the phone number in question, click View under the Certificate column.
- You can copy the certificate from the popup.
Additional Information
The certificate text will refresh with new text each time you click the View button. This is not an issue.
If View is not available, this means the display name has not yet been approved. Certificates are only available for phone numbers that have been approved.
