Question
I received a rejection email, but I didn't make any changes — why?
Applies To
Network Registry
NwPS API
Answer
This can happen when a previously submitted registration is reviewed and rejected by a Network Partner. The rejection email is automatically triggered when the status of your Business Profile is updated.
Log in to your Vonage Dashboard → Network Registry to review the rejection reason. Common causes include missing supplemental information requested by the CSP, or a validation issue with your business details. Submit a change request to correct and resubmit.
