Why doesn't the option to add an Application Profile appear for Resellers?

Answer
When completing your Business Profile, you would have been asked if you intended to resell Vonage Network Features to other businesses. If you answered yes, you are designated as an Onward Provider and that profile is reserved for capturing information about how you expect to process data and cannot be used directly to request access to Network Features.
