How can a Reseller access Network Features for their own application?

What should a customer do if they are a Reseller but also want to use Network Features in their own application?

In this case, you need to create a second, separate Business Profile for the entity that needs access to Network Features, which may be the same or a different entity — this time answering NO to whether that entity plans to resell Network Features. Non-Reseller Business Profiles are automatically associated with an Onward Provide profile, if one exists.

Steps:

1. Go to Network Registry on the dashboard and create a new Business Profile for the entity wishing to use Network Features — do not answer yes when asked if that entity plans to resell
2. The new profile will automatically be linked to the existing reseller profile
3. Under the new Business Profile, add an Application Profile and select the desired Network Features
4. Once approved, link the Vonage application to the new Business Profile/Application Profile for Production access
