How to Login to Vonage Conversational Connect (Jumper.ai)

Procedure

This process will explain the login procedure for Jumper.ai

1. Click on the Login link for Jumper to open the login page. 

   US Instance: https://dashboard.jumper.ai/

   EU Instance: https://dashboard.jumper-emea.com/
   
   Enter your username and password, then follow the on-screen instructions to log in.
   
   
    

2. Enter the details as per the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) method you selected. (You can change the MFA method in Jumper. Click here to know more.)

   Email OTP: If you have selected Email OTP as your MFA: You will receive the OTP at your registered email address. Use the OTP to log in.
   Note: If you do not receive the email, please ensure that your IT team has whitelisted either jumper-emea.com or jumper.ai, based on your account instance. Whitelisting the correct domain should resolve any email delivery issues.
   
   
   
   
   Google Authenticator:
   If you have selected Google Authenticator as your MFA: Use the code generated in the Google Authenticator app to log in.
   
   
   
   
   Note:  If you are unable to log in using any of the MFA methods and need to reset your MFA, please submit a support ticket.
   Kindly include your Jumper.ai Account ID (e.g. jumperliteqainternaltestaccount) and registered email address in the ticket or email to help us process your request efficiently.
   The Account ID is available on the dashboard, as shown below:
   
   
    

   3. You are ready to start using the product once successfully logged in.
